 Gold Coast Holiday Cottages
On the grounds of the hotel with easy access to playground, leisure centre, pub and restaurant
These are 16 semi-detached houses located on the grounds of our Gold Coast Golf Hotel and Leisure Centre. Each house has three bedrooms, with one shower-room ensuite in most houses. These are comfortably equipped and furnished to a three star specification. All the cottages face a central area equipped with playground equipment and plenty of green grass for kicking a ball make the location ideal for families with small children. This development is best described as fresh, well equipped but not luxurious.
Included in the rental are full access to both Leisure Centres, a preferential rate on 10 Pin Bowling and reduced Green Fees or Weekly Green Fee on the Gold Coast Golf Course. Since the cottages are located on the grounds of the Gold Coast Golf Hotel, the Leisure Centre is extremely handy.

Overlooking the Golf Course & Irish Sea
These are 10 Villa type houses and two bungalows located off the 13th fair way of our Gold Coast Golf Course. These houses command excellent views of the dramatic seascape and manicured grounds of the course. Each house is three bedroom, with two Full Bathrooms, (there are two four bedroom, with the fourth bedroom ensuite), an upstairs lounge with balcony overlooking the course and sea. Each house is furnished and finished to a exceptionally high standard. This development is 10 minutes walk form the hotel complex and is an oasis of modern living with luxury in mind.

These new 4 bedroom superior quality lodges are located on the ground of our Gold Coast Golf Hotel & Leisure Centre and 2 minutes walk from the 1st tee on our Gold Coast Golf Course. The Lodges are pacious exceptionally designed homes, both in bedroom and living space offering the very best for that well deserved break.

Overlooking a Secluded Beach
Set in a restored Country Manor, on its own three acre headland these five apartments are quite simply breathtaking. Each three bedroom apartment is unique, all boasting view of 180 degrees over the ocean. The complex overlooks a beach with no direct public access. The development is located 2.5 mile from the Hotel complex by road or 10 minutes walk across the Clonea Strand.

Bayview Caravan & Camping Park
Overlooking Dungarvan Bay
This award winning Caravan and Camping Park is now under the new ownership and management of the Gold Coast Golf Resort. The Park offers high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Facilities are well maintained including a ball playing area, mini playground, launderette, modern shower/toilet block with most sites having electrical connections. Wi-Fi access is available.
The Park is located adjacent to The Gold Coast Golf Hotel and Leisure Centre and the Resort's 18 Hole Golf Course. It directly overlooks Dungarvan Bay.
